How We Operate
At The Angel Hands Foundation, our work is built on a foundation of transparency, legal accountability, and professional standards. We operate under a formal constitution to ensure every project in Balochistan is executed with the highest level of integrity.
Our Governance Structure
Our organization is governed by a dual-layered leadership system designed for checks and balances:
- The Board of Directors Responsible for executive decisions, the Board is led by the President and includes the Vice-President, General Secretary, Finance Secretary, and dedicated heads for Press and Media.
- The Cabinet: Consisting of all active members, the Cabinet holds the ultimate power to amend our constitution and shape the future of our mission through a democratic majority.
Professional Membership Standards
We believe that effective social change requires qualified leadership. To maintain high operational standards, our members must meet strict criteria:
- Educational Excellence: Every member is a qualified professional, holding at least an Intermediate or Bachelor's degree.
- Ethical Conduct: We maintain a drug-free environment and require all members to have no criminal record and a verified "good character".
- Local Expertise: Our team consists of permanent residents of Balochistan who understand the unique needs of our province.
Operational Accountability
- Transparent Finance: Our Finance Secretary oversees all accounts and donations, ensuring that every rupee is allocated effectively to our core projects, from water filtration to education.
- Legal Compliance: Our operations are conducted in strict accordance with the Balochistan Charities Registration and Regulation Authority Act, ensuring we remain a trusted and lawful partner for progress.
- Democratic Leadership: Major organizational changes and votes of no-confidence are handled through formal written proceedings and majority votes to ensure no single individual has total control.
